Prompt, courteous front desk. Over the years I found wait time to be minimal. Ms. Lauren Shaffer is very professional & friendly; listens to my concerns and is a very good in explaining my medical issues and optional treatments. The procedures she administered were performed caringly and efficiently. When I had a surgical procedure, Dr. Judy thoroughly explained the surgery he was performing and was considerate in his interactions with me. The facility is clean and welcoming. This is a first class medical center with an outstanding staff.

Everyone was very nice. My appointment was scheduled for 07:45 and I was back in my car going home by 08:05.
