The waiting room was packed but they still moved patients through quickly. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time and Dr Shaffer and her staff were friendly and efficient as always.
Although the treatment is sometimes painful and gruesome, they make it a Pleasant experience. The whole team there is so friendly and caring.
