Ms. Katie was lovely! Even though I waited upfront bc I was a new patient, It was well worth my time. Ty to the bunch of good ppl working onsite and thanks for the peace of mind!

I have been to see Dr. Shaffer 4 times. Out of the 4 visits I only waited more than 5 minutes one time. The whole staff seems to be very efficient and knowledgeable. WV Dermatology will be who I choose to see in the future for any dermatologic needs! I will recommend them to anyone who asks.
