All the office staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. It was a period of high Covid cases and the office was following Covid protocols. The day of my surgery, Dr. Judy asked if I would be comfortable removing my mask. Since one person in the room was not vaccinated I chose not to remove it. He could still access the area near my ear and was okay with me leaving my mask on. I appreciated being given the option.
