Tristen obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work from West Virginia University. After many years working as a social worker Tristen now serves as the Practice Manager of WV Dermatology. She has been with the practice since its formation in 2012. She works behind the scenes ensuring operations are running smoothly and that you have the best experience possible when you visit WV Dermatology.
In Tristen’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, twins Trey and Blake age 9, Kora age 4 and Jax age 2.

Robin J. Hoblitzell, CMC,CMOM,CMIS
Robin is a former “stay at home” mom who went back to school at age 46 to become a Certified Medical Coder (CMC), Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM), and Certified Medical Insurance Specialist (CMIS) through Practice Management Institute. She began her career at West Virginia Dermatology in the fall of 2012 and she thoroughly enjoys using her knowledge and skills to oversee the daily operations of the facility while striving to promote a family-like atmosphere amongst the staff.
Robin is an empty nester who recently became a “YaYa” to her first grandchild. She enjoys traveling to visit with each of her three children and grandson. She also spends a lot of quality time with her parents and especially likes quiet time at home with her pets.

Carrie is the nursing supervisor for West Virginia Dermatology and Skin Surgery Center. She has been with our team since March 2013 and has been an amazing asset to our medical staff.
She is responsible for managing the nursing staff and providing compassionate and reliable care to patients and their families.
Carrie and her husband, Nathan, reside in the Saint Albans area with their daughters. She enjoys crafts, cooking, and visiting her family in her hometown of Morgantown in her free time.

West Virginia Dermatology has employed Christy since it’s inception in 2012. Christy has been an integral member of this dynamic medical team. She started with designing and running the Mohs laboratory and moved on to her current role as a member of the nursing staff. Christy has a proven track record of exemplary care, attention to detail and a rapport with patients that combines professionalism with empathy few can consistently deliver.
Christy balances her full time position with a dynamic family life. Her two greatest accomplishments, daughter Karissa and son Jakob, with a little help from husband Chris, are second only to her faith in Jesus Christ. Rounding out the family are her Bengal cat Gemma and Cocker Spaniel Hershey. She won’t tell you who her favorite is though!
Christy loves to read, keep up on current events, spend time with her family, and travel whenever possible. She likes TV shows like Criminal Minds, Alaska the Last Frontier, Big Bang Theory, and loves Christian, soul, and other types of music. Prince is her favorite artist.

Molly works as a histologist in the lab processing patient specimens for Mohs surgery cases. We were fortunate to have Molly join our team in March 2015. Processing specimens in a timely and efficient manner is vital to the Mohs procedure. Molly’s meticulous nature and problem-solving skills, as well as her commitment to quality patient care, allow her to consistently meet that standard. She also helps the nurses with their work in any way she can.
Molly was part of the last graduating class of Duval High School in 2006, where she graduated with high honors. She also attended the University of Charleston, where she graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.
When she is not working in the lab, Molly enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time with her family and her husband, James.

Clinical Certified Medical Assistant
Cam is a medical assistant at West Virginia Dermatology and Skin Surgery center. He received his undergraduate degree from Marshall University in 2015. Cam continued his education and is now certified as a Clinical Medical Assistant. We were excited when Cam joined our staff in August of 2015.
Cam is very involved with sports in the Winfield school system as a former athlete and current coach. He has aspirations to continue his education in a physician’s assistant program.

Kara Resides in Charleston with her boyfriend, Justin. She got her Associates Degree from West Virginia Junior College in Medical Assisting. She plans to further her education and become an RN because of her love for helping others. We were excited to welcome Kara to our WV Dermatology team in November 2017. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and staying active. .

Kelly was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan and raised in a small town in Southeast Ohio. Kelly graduated from Belmont College in 2009 with an Associates degree in Applied Science for Medical Assisting. Kelly moved to Elkview, WV in 2015 and joined the staff at WV Dermatology in December of 2015. Kelly enjoys spending her free time with her spouse, 3 amazing stepchildren and dogs.
Kelly works in the billing department for the practice. She deals directly with the insurance companies and patients on the financial aspect of the practice. She enjoys helping patients understand their coverage and working to ensure accuracy of all benefits and claims.

Betty has fifteen years of medical office experience working in reception and with health insurance. She processes referrals, sets up new patient appointments, and verifies insurance coverage. Betty joined our team in November 2017.
She graduated from National Institute of Technology for Medical Assistance and Billing in 2004.
In her free time Betty enjoys reading, traveling, taking pictures and spending time with her family, husband Paul and fur-babies, Precious, Zelda and Bella. Betty has 2 children, 3 step-children, 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons.
