We took my 11 year old son to his first dermatologist appointment. He saw a PA, TJ Douglas, and had a wonderful experience. TJ was so gentle and caring with him. He had to be numbed and had a wart scraped off. My son, willingly, went back for round two. I’ve seen a few dermatologist in town over the last 20 years and Dr Judy’s Office and TJ are by far my favorite !
It’s not a place where everybody wants to visit but you gotta do what ya gotta do . Took my wife there yesterday and I can honestly say they care about there patients appointment was at 745 we was heading back home at 10:00 am great service and very friendly

I had an awful allergic reaction this time last week and it’s been a full week of no relief. My whole body has been breaking out and itching and it has been MISERABLE. But BIG shout out to TJ Douglas and West Virginia Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center for removing problem/suspicious places on my leg while also helping treat this allergy. If you’re looking for a new dermatologist office- THEY ARE FANTASTIC! From the reception window to each member of the medical staff that came in my exam room, I can’t give more praise. The guy at the reception window was quick to help me with my insurance and paperwork (and complimented my new nails�). I am mortified of needles and the nurse was so sweet to try and ease my tension (despite my profuse sweating and wheezing when she got out the needles). She talked me through and was great. Dr. Ruby was personable, knowledgeable and quick to get to work on me and order my medications. And TJ came in to check on me after everything was over. From beginning to end- it was an incredibly positive experience. Praise is due and I really appreciate it!
Dr Judy and his staff are awesome. I had a malignant lesion on the end of my nose. Dr Judy performed the MOHS procedure on it then reconstruction surgery and my scars are barely visible. I would recommend him very highly to any new patient! I actually booked my husband to see him as well! Great Doc.. Great Staff!!
