Lauren and her assistant were amazing and made me feel so comfortable and told me my feelings were valid and that they were there to help me. This was such a relief to hear because of the bad experiences I have had with another office in the past. I am so glad I decided to switch and see her and I feel I’ll finally get the care I need.

We absolutely love WV Dermatology and Dr. Katie Carpenter. Office visits are always timely and welcoming. We travel a lot and Dr. Katie has been great to answer our questions or get an emergency prescription called in to any random place we may be visiting.
I have a great experience over there the doctors and nurses are all nice and kind and they all seem nice and I wouldn’t have no problem going back.
TJ is always awesome. He take’s great care of me every time I see him. The nurse that helps him is awesome too!
