the staff is really nice and very attentive
Very easy to get to. Super clean. The staff was amazing. Short wait time. The wait, exam, prep, procedure and stitches, (dissolvable so it saves another trip) all done in 2 hours!! The nurse was very nice, she explained the entire process and what to expect. We talked about our children too.The Dr was nice, made sure I understood everything, asked if I had any questions, before and after, made sure I didn’t have any pain talked to me during the procedure. I had an appointment with Katie, one of the PA’s in Dr Judy’s office, and she was amazing. She was thorough and took time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I had a biopsy on my nose and she was extremely careful to leave the least possible impact – I was very happy! The team I saw today was cheerful and the office seemed very efficient. I only had to wait 10-15 minutes for my appointment and that was a great surprise. Great appointment and I definitely recommend Katie. I also had surgery here last year to remove a basal cell carcinoma on my face and was very pleased with those results from Dr Judy. Great consistent experience.
Lauren is absolutely the best. She goes above and beyond to help her patients feel comfortable, and gives them the best care. Hayley made the whole process much easier with her wonderful personality. The staff at WV Dermatology & Skin Surgery is absolutely wonderful.
Had Moh’s surgery on the back of my ear by Dr. Judy and his staff. Great care from everyone! Experienced and caring staff. Would recommend them for any type of skin surgery. The best!
Today was my first time visiting this office ,and it was for a consultation about my cancer and discision on what I wanted to do. From the moment We walked into the office the staff was very friendly and efficient. I have yet to meet Dr. Judy and was appreciative, but after reading these reviews I don’t tread it now.
