Welcomed with friendly reception. Prompt attention, no delays. Well organized being prepared for Surgery. Dr Judy performed Surgery and headed home less than an hour.
I have been to see Dr. Shaffer 4 times. Out of the 4 visits I only waited more than 5 minutes one time. The whole staff seems to be very efficient and knowledgeable. WV Dermatology will be who I choose to see in the future for any dermatologic needs! I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

This was my first appointment with WV Dermatology and Skin Cancer Clinic and I was so beyond impressed. They handled every care or concern I had and not once did I feel rushed. They walked me through every step from marking the places that were to be biopsied, talked me through each numbing shot, each puncture biopsy and every stitch. The office staff is beyond nice and helpful. I’m very thankful my doctor recommended to go there!!
